[Social application] Riverwhistle (ACCEPTED)

1. What is your character's name, realm, level, class and spec?
Riverwhistle, 110, Warlock, Afflic or destro
Code: [Select]

2. What activities or goals do you focus on in World of Warcaft?
I enjoy casually collecting anything. From transmogs to toys, I want it all. I'm not really a 'let's park 16 alts in front of ICC to farm Invincible weekly" kind of guy, though. Like I said, I sporadically go on a collecting spree. I do enjoy levelling alts. Mainly waiting for the new allied races to unlock, so that I can level a few more. Currently levelling a priest with my girlfriend (she's new to the game, so it's a nice change of pace). I haven't really gotten back into raiding since MoP. I do enjoy a mythic+ once in a while, but I'm rather late to the party and I hope to get more into it when bfa hits.

3. How did you find out about our guild? Do you know anyone in the guild who would vouch for your application?
I was looking for a new guild, since I haven't been in a 'serious' guild since Cata/MoP. That guild regrettably died somewhere in WoD (I wasn't really playing back then). Currently I'm in one of those spammy recruity guilds, solely because I want people to talk to (and the faster hearth). Anyway, I was standing in SW and I was googling people's guild names. I think I saw your guild name on a hunter whose name looked like Rexxar. Found the site and was pleasantly surprised.

4. Please tell us a about yourself. How old are you? Do you go to school or do you have job? How did you get into World of Warcraft? Which days of the week or times of the day are you usually online? Do any of your family or friends play the game? If you prefer not to share personal information on a public forum it's not a problem.
We are interested in knowing a bit more about the player behind the character(s).
I'm 24 years old Dutchie. Just finished uni and I got my bachelor of education. I was already working as a teacher of English for 2 days, and because I got my diploma I'm going to work 4 days next school year. Very exited about that. Usually online in the afternoon/evening. On my free days I'm online whenever. Tend to play throughout the day with breaks here and there.

Got into Warcraft with by buddies from school way back when. Even partook in the scourge invasion in vanilla. Pretty much stopped playing until the end of cata and got sucked back in again with MoP.  Mainly due to me reading all the known Warcraft books while I was on a holiday.  As for family/friends that play wow. All my real life buddies have stopped playing. I'm the only one who's still going strong. My girlfriend was interested and started playing it as well. Currently levelling together as I mentioned before. Mid lvl 50s atm. She's very eager to unlock flying. (And she might also join as a social later on.)

5. What are you looking for in a guild?
I'm looking forward to have a guild again that's actually sociable. The one I'm in now is kind of this tight group of people who ignore everyone else, so that kind of sucks. I want to make new friends that make bfa a lot more enjoyable. Find a group of people to do events/dungeons and maybe even raids with. I used to lead a small casual/2nd rate raiding team on my previous guild that has given me some very fond memories. What I'm saying is I'm just looking for a guild that tries to include every and all players that are part of said guild.

6. Do you like pie? If you do, which kind is your favourite?
Apple crumble pie all the way.

7. OPTIONAL: If you're into Role Playing and would like to add an In Character application please do so here.
I have RP'd before and I'm currently playing weekly DnD for 2 years already. I want to create a backstory, but I'm still figuring it out. Work in progress.
